POLICIES

No Kids Policy
No children are allowed. If you arrive with a child without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled.

No Extra Guests
No additional persons are allowed. Seating is limited, so please come alone to your appointment.

Late Policy
A 5-minute grace period is given. After 10–15 minutes, a $50 late fee will be applied.
Arriving 25 minutes late or more will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Last-minute cancellations or changes are not permitted. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. To rebook, a new appointment and deposit will be required.

Prior Nail Enhancements
If your nails were done by another technician, please remove any previous enhancements before booking an appointment with us or select a Soak-Off when booking your appointment.

Health & Safety Policy.
We do not service nails or toes that are severely damaged or have fungal infections.

Sickness Policy
If you are feeling ill, especially with the flu, COVID, or any contagious illness, we strongly advise you not to attend your appointment. If you fail to reschedule us at least 72 hours in advance, half of your deposit will be retained, and the remaining half can be applied to your next appointment.
